Woke up officially 20lbs lighter. Been fighting a Chipotle' craving for 3 days too. Still, I think I cracked the code to losing weight. You just have to make sure you go to bed hungry.
Can a guy who's built for comfort become built for speed?
After years of being described at "pretty fast for a fat guy" I've decided to go all Dr. Phil on myself in an attempt to lose 30-40lbs in an experiment just to see how much faster I could be on the bike. Just once I'd like to see what happens if I followed the advice of my report cards and "worked up to my potential."
If I don't like the results, the good news is I love to eat so reverting back to my doughy ways won't be a problem.
